MyPlan is a personal planning application that provides calendar, contacts, goals, notes, and maps features. The app is designed to work entirely offline with all data stored locally on your device.
You may use MyPlan for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
All data you create in MyPlan is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We recommend using the built-in Export feature regularly.
MyPlan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of MyPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date above when changes are made.
Your use of MyPlan is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
